Having sat through countless dull tutoring sessions myself, I understand how easy it is to lose focus when someone is simply talking at you. That’s why I make my lessons interactive, engaging and centred around the student.

With 150+ hours of GCSE Chemistry tutoring experience, I’ve helped students build their confidence and achieve top grades, including 8s and 9s. I use techniques such as active recall, teach-back, questioning, memorable stories and exam-style application to help students genuinely understand and retain what they learn.

Most importantly, I want my students to become independent learners. Rather than simply giving them answers, I encourage them to think through problems and develop learning strategies they can eventually use without a tutor.

I also have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD and complex additional needs, allowing me to adapt my teaching style to suit each individual student.

My aim is simple: to make learning enjoyable, build confidence, and give students the skills to succeed independently.
