Tutors are required to complete an assessment session, during which an experienced teaching professional observes their teaching and provides feedback. This assessment helps us determine each tutor’s suitability and whether they meet our standards to join Bright Bee Tutors. We also carefully consider each tutor’s academic background, experience and suitability before matching them with a student.
For safeguarding purposes, every tutoring session is securely recorded and all tutors hold an enhanced DBS check, giving both parents and students added peace of mind.
To maximise learning time, students can also request detailed lesson notes after each session. This allows them to stay fully engaged during the lesson without worrying about taking extensive notes, while providing clear, concise revision material to refer back to.
